Legal
Terms of use (draft)
Draft placeholders only. Not lawyer-reviewed. The operator must replace TODO markers and have counsel adapt these terms before a public launch.
Beta status
PrintFlow AI may be offered as a closed or limited beta. Features, limits, and availability can change or break without notice. TODO: define beta scope and any separate beta agreement if needed
The service
The service provides AI-assisted drafting tools for digital product sellers. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your shop or jurisdiction.
Accounts
TODO: minimum age, account security, acceptable registration information
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (e.g. Pro and Scale) are billed through Stripe (Checkout, customer portal, invoices). Prices, taxes, and renewal rules follow Stripe and the price you accept at checkout. Cancellation and payment-method changes are handled in the Stripe customer portal where enabled. TODO: link to Stripe legal / consumer withdrawal rules if you market to EU consumers
AI-generated output
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and complying with laws and marketplace rules (including Etsy policies) before publishing any generated text. The service does not guarantee clearance for trademarks, copyrights, or other third-party rights.
No performance guarantees
We do not guarantee any level of Etsy sales, search ranking, impressions, or similar outcomes. SEO and buyer behaviour depend on many factors outside this product.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful content, malware, spam, or to harass others. You must not attempt to bypass technical limits or security controls. TODO: expand with examples and enforcement (suspension/termination)
Disclaimers
TODO: warranty disclaimer and liability cap appropriate to your jurisdiction (often requires legal advice)
Governing law & venue
TODO: governing law and courts or arbitration
