Plans and pricing

PrintFlow AI is available as a Free plan and paid Pro and Scale plans. Current founding monthly prices are €8.99/month for Pro and €24.99/month for Scale. Stripe Checkout is the source of truth for final prices, taxes, renewals, invoices, and any proration. These terms apply to all use of the service.

Who these terms are for

PrintFlow AI is aimed at entrepreneurs, self-employed sellers, Etsy sellers, and sellers of digital products. The product is not positioned as a consumer-focused mass-market offering; mandatory consumer rights still apply where the law requires.

The product

PrintFlow AI helps you generate drafts of listing and marketing text for digital products and printables from structured briefs. Output is automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

Free plan

The Free plan is available within the limits shown in the app (including monthly successful generation limits, which may change as the product evolves).

Pro and Scale

Paid plans are available via Stripe Checkout. Stripe shows the final price, tax handling, renewal interval, and payment details before you complete the subscription.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account, except where you prove you are not at fault. Report suspected misuse to Benuxa.Studio@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts for serious breaches of these terms or applicable law.

Billing and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripewhen checkout or the customer portal is available. Prices, taxes, renewal rules, invoices, and any proration follow the offer at checkout and Stripe's terms.

Cancellation is possible at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Founding pricing: Subscribers who purchase a founding plan retain their founding price for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the then-current standard price applies.

Refunds are considered case by case and in line with mandatory legal rights.

Right of withdrawal (consumers): If you are a consumer under applicable EU or Austrian law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital subscription. By completing checkout and requesting immediate access to the service, you expressly consent to early performance. If the service has already begun, you may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

AI-generated output

Outputs are drafts and suggestions. You must review content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee Etsy sales, SEO ranking, revenue, search visibility, platform approval, or the legal correctness of generated text. You remain responsible for trademarks, copyright, marketplace rules (including Etsy), accuracy, and compliance before publication.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service to create or promote, among other things:

• illegal content;
• infringing content;
• misleading listings or claims;
• spam;
• abusive or harmful content;
• attempts at platform manipulation;
• violations of trademarks, copyright, or other third-party rights.

We may restrict access or terminate the relationship where permitted by law.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be improved, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms where appropriate and communicate material changes as required.

Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. To the extent permitted, we exclude liability for slight negligence except in cases involving material breach of duty, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory product liability rules. Liability for slight negligence in respect of material contractual duties is limited to foreseeable typical damage.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of Austria apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory jurisdiction rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
