Withdrawal Policy
Withdraw from your contract
No login needed: enter the email of your PrintFlow AI account. Signed in, you can also withdraw under Billing and see your refund right away.

Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends at the end of the 14th day after the day of purchase (Vienna time). A change of plan within that time does not start a new period. Sending the withdrawal before the period is over is enough.
Immediate start and refund
By accepting this policy at checkout, you ask us to start your paid plan right away. If you then withdraw, you pay for the part of the plan you used. The plan's value is measured in listing packs: you get back the share of what you paid for the packs you have not used.
Refund = amount paid × (1 − packs used ÷ packs included in your plan)
Packs included are the plan's monthly packs, times 12 on annual billing. Only packs created on the paid plan since the purchase count — never Free or trial packs. If you withdraw with the form on this page, packs you still create until you complete the withdrawal through the email link count as used, and anything billed after your withdrawal (for example a renewal) is refunded in full.

We start the refund as soon as the withdrawal is completed — at the latest within 14 days of receiving it — using the payment method you used. We confirm your acceptance of this policy by email after the purchase, and the withdrawal by email once it is completed.
How to withdraw
Without logging in, with the form at the top of this page: enter your account email and confirm. The time you confirm counts as the time of your withdrawal. To protect your account, you then complete it with the link in the email we send you. Or, logged in, under "Billing" → "Withdraw from contract", where you see your refund first. You can also send a clear statement to support@printflow-ai.com; the model form below can be used but is not required.
New plan after a withdrawal
After a withdrawal, a new paid plan can be started in your account again after 30 days. Write to us if you need one sooner.

Widerrufsbelehrung (Deutsch)
Widerrufsrecht: Verbraucher können einen bezahlten Plan binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Die Frist endet mit Ablauf des 14. Tages nach dem Kauftag (Wiener Zeit); ein Planwechsel in dieser Zeit startet keine neue Frist. Rechtzeitige Absendung genügt.
Sofortiger Beginn und Erstattung: Mit dem Akzeptieren dieser Widerrufsbelehrung im Checkout verlangen Sie ausdrücklich den sofortigen Beginn (§ 10 FAGG). Bei Widerruf zahlen Sie für den genutzten Teil (§ 16 FAGG); der Wert bemisst sich nach Listing-Paketen. Erstattet wird gezahlter Betrag × (1 − genutzte Pakete ÷ im Plan enthaltene Pakete) (Monatspakete, bei Jahresabrechnung × 12) – z. B. bei Pro ohne Paket alles, mit 50 von 100 Paketen die Hälfte. Es zählen nur seit dem Kauf im bezahlten Plan erstellte Pakete. Beim Widerruf über das Formular auf dieser Seite zählen auch Pakete, die Sie bis zum Abschluss über den E-Mail-Link noch erstellen; nach dem Widerruf Abgebuchtes (z. B. eine Verlängerung) wird voll erstattet. Die Erstattung veranlassen wir sofort beim Abschluss, spätestens binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Widerrufs, über das verwendete Zahlungsmittel; wir bestätigen die Zustimmung nach dem Kauf per E-Mail.
Neuer Plan nach Widerruf: Nach einem Widerruf kann im Konto erst nach 30 Tagen wieder ein bezahlter Plan abgeschlossen werden. Schreiben Sie uns, wenn Sie früher einen brauchen.
So widerrufen Sie: ohne Login oben auf dieser Seite („Vertrag widerrufen“, E-Mail des Kontos eingeben, „Widerruf bestätigen“) – der Zeitpunkt der Bestätigung gilt als Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs; zum Schutz Ihres Kontos schließen Sie ihn über den Link in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail ab. Oder eingeloggt unter „Billing“ → „Withdraw from contract“ – Sie sehen die Erstattung vorab. Wir erstatten, beenden den bezahlten Plan und bestätigen den Widerruf per E-Mail. Alternativ per eindeutiger Erklärung an support@printflow-ai.com; das Muster-Widerrufsformular oben kann verwendet werden, muss aber nicht. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.
